Teaching Practice Week 1 (Phase 1)

 Day 01 05/08/2024

    Today was my first day of teaching practice of B.Ed course. The school allotted for me was Madhava Vilasom Higher Secondary School,Thundathil. Along with me there were 6 teaching trainees. We reached school at 9AM and signed the register then the headmistress gave us guidelines. With morning prayer the class had started.We are provided with the list of free periods and divided equally went to the classes for substitutions.I opted the class 9B and during 4th period I came to the class and creates a good rapport with them. As it is my first class, I was little tensed and nervous but later I built self-confidence and started to teach the topic. After that we done our lunch duty of serving meals to the students. On 03:30PM, after national anthem the school was dispersed and we signed the register and went home.

Day 02 06/08/2024

We reached the school around 09:15 AM and signed the register. The school started with prayer and along with Hiroshima Day celebrations. Students presented their speech regarding the remembrance of that day then poster exhibition was conducted.I had no class on this day according to the timetable .We are provided with the list of free periods and divided equally went to the classes for substitutions.We done our lunch duty of serving meals to the students.At 03.30PM after national anthem we signed and went home.

Day 03 07/08/2024

We reached the school at 09:15 AM and signed the register. The school started with prayer along with pledge. During 4th period, I took class on 9B. After that we done our lunch duty of serving meals to the students.We are provided with the list of free periods and divided equally went to the classes for substitutions. On 03:30 PM ,after national anthem the school was dispersed.

Day 04 08/08/2024

We reached the school at 09:15 AM and signed the register. The school started with prayer along with pledge. We are provided with the list of free periods and divided equally went to the classes for substitutions.During 2nd period, I took class on 9B and on 3rd period, I took class on 8C. We done our lunch duty of serving meals to the students.On 03:30PM, after national anthem the school was dispersed.

Day 05 09/08/2024

We reached the school around 09:15 AM and signed the register. The school started with prayer and pledge.We are provided with the list of free periods and divided equally went to the classes for substitutions. After that on 2nd period I had class on 9B, 3rd period I had class on 8A, 5th period I had class on 8C. We done our lunch duty of serving meals to the students. On 4th period and 8th period, I took the students of classes 7B and 10C to PT ground. At 04:00 PM we signed and after that we went home.
